Banned for cancelling payments after using coins/services - what should I do? Why I was banned?

If you see this ban reason, it means your account was blocked for violating the game rules: "Banned for cancelling payments after using coins/services".

We detected chargebacks made to obtain the Battle Pass, coins or tickets without an actual payment. These actions are considered fraudulent and are against the game rules.

Depending on what was cancelled, you need to restore and pay for the cancelled purchases.

You can restore access to your account by:

• Paying for the cancelled Battle Pass
• Settling the required amount so your coin or ticket balances become positive
