Coins not received - what to do?

Coins did not arrive after a purchase or task? Please find your case below.

Case 1: Coins from a Tapjoy or offerwall task

If you completed an offer in the Free Coins section (Tapjoy, ironSource, AdGate or any offerwall) and coins did not arrive: rewards from offerwalls are paid by the offerwall provider. We cannot credit those coins manually. To investigate, contact the offerwall directly through their in-app support button. If the offerwall confirms the reward should be paid but it still does not arrive, open the support widget and choose "Purchase Issues" with screenshots of the offerwall confirmation.

Case 2: Coins you bought in the in-game store

If you bought coins in the in-game store and they did not arrive:

  1. Open the support widget.

  2. Type Purchase Issues

  3. Select Form "Purchase Issues"

  4. To verify your payment, please fill out the form with the following information

  • Order ID from Google Play or App Store

  • Date and amount of the purchase

  • Screenshot of the receipt

  • Your account ID
