How do I eat and drink items?

You can use food, water, and other consumables in two ways:

• From Inventory: Open your inventory, select the item, and tap the "Consume" button.
• Via Quick Slots: Place items into your Quick Slots for faster access. During gameplay, simply tap the corresponding action button to use the item immediately without opening your menu.
