How to delete an account?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you maintain the right to have all of your personal data used in our application and our partners' services deleted. Please keep in mind that should you decide to delete this data, the associated user account will be deleted and will not be restorable.
Here's how to delete your account:
Open the game and go to Settings → Help → Delete Account
Tap the Delete button
Confirm deletion. A 10-second countdown will start - wait it out and confirm to begin the deletion process
Cancelling the deletion. The account deletion may be cancelled within 15 days. To cancel:
Open the game
Log in to the account that is currently under the deletion process
Tap Cancel Deletion
Kindly note that tapping Log out does NOT cancel the deletion - the timer keeps running and you will simply return to the login screen. After 15 days, we cannot reverse the deletion and the account cannot be restored.
⚠WARNING: Account deletion is PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE. Once your account is deleted, ALL of the following will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered:
Your entire game progress and levels
All OX coins (both purchased and earned)
All skins and cosmetic items
Premium subscription status
Battle Pass progress and rewards
Unique items (Copter, Buggy, Mining Quarry, Turret)
Workbench research progress
Clan membership
Your complete purchase history
No refunds will be issued for any previous purchases after your account is deleted.
