If you owned the Elite or Elite+ Battle Pass during its original season, you don't pay anything to access it again in the Archive - it's unlocked for you automatically.

What's free: access to the archived Battle Pass itself.

What costs BP Coin: the individual skins inside.

Skins you already received during the live season stay unlocked - you don't spend BP Coin on them again. You only spend BP Coin on the skins you didn't grab back then.
