Seeing the message "Access is restricted due to canceled payments after using coins/offers..." means that server access for your account was restricted due to a rule violation: "canceling payments after using coins or services".

We detected chargebacks made to obtain the Battle Pass, coins, or boxes without an actual payment. These actions are considered fraudulent and violate our Terms of Service.

Depending on what was cancelled, you need to restore and pay for the cancelled purchases.

You can restore access to your account by:

• Paying for the cancelled Battle Pass or boxes

• Settling the required amount so your coin balance become positive

You can make the purchase ingame or through our official OXIDE Store (please use your HH ID or Game ID to log in).

Once the debt is cleared, the ban will be lifted automatically. If your account remains banned after payment, please contact support and select the ban reason: Ban Appeal: Payment Cancellation.
