What is PREMIUM and PREMIUM PLUS? What does each one give, and which should I choose?

PREMIUM comes in two versions, and PREMIUM PLUS includes everything regular PREMIUM gives. So it isn't an either/or choice — PREMIUM PLUS is simply the bigger package.

Which one to choose
Take regular PREMIUM if what you want is access to Premium servers, skipping the queue and the daily silver. Take PREMIUM PLUS if you also want the gameplay bonuses — faster levelling, faster crafting and a cheaper base to maintain.
