Where do I contact support - is it through Discord?

Discord is for community discussion, not for support requests.
You can reach support directly from the game.
In the main menu, tap the "Support" button.
If you haven't logged in yet, the Support button is also available on the pre-login screen.
From there you can browse answers to common questions or submit a ticket if your issue isn't covered.
