Why was I banned for cheating?

If your account has been banned for "cheating", it may be due to the use of a modified or hacked version of the game client.

Our system has detected that the game client used on your account differs from the officially distributed version. This indicates that the game files were altered or unauthorised modifications were present.

Please note: The restriction is specifically caused by modifications made to the game client itself.

In some cases, bans may also be issued due to the use of prohibited third-party software that affects gameplay.

Unfortunately, bans issued for modified clients or other cheating-related violations cannot be lifted.

We strongly recommend downloading and installing the game only from official sources and avoiding any third-party modifications to prevent future account restrictions.
