How do purchases work after the Beta split? Why didn't my purchase appear on Beta?

Everything you buy goes only to your main game account. Purchases don't arrive on your Beta account.

• Purchases are turned off on Beta. You can't buy coins, Premium or bundles in the Beta version.

• Purchases in the game and on the website go only to your main account. They don't appear on Beta and can't be moved there.

• Nothing is lost: everything you buy is waiting for you in the main game.

Bought before the split? Those purchases are on both accounts - Beta and the main game. See Beta and the main game now have separate accounts

Buying on the website? Enter your main game ID — the one without "B-".

• Beta: B-J1-150-7F3

• Main game: J1-150-7F3 ← use this one
